We identified an error which occurred during the generation of the ATM transaction file on Sunday 12th April 2026.
As a result, some acquired ATM transactions were not posted to merchant accounts and did not appear on Merchant reports dated 12th April, 2026. These ATM transactions were not submitted to Visa for clearing and settlement.
On-Us ATM transactions (credit and banks’ debit) performed at these ATMs would not have been posted to the 4Cs credit card system or included in banks’ IDC reports and INCTF files for the 13th, April, 2026.
